The Malaysian Offshore Services Association (MOSA) platform is provided to help members, partners, and stakeholders collaborate securely. By accessing our website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them.
Users must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining their MOSA accounts. Organisations and individuals are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and reporting any unauthorised access immediately.
Our services may only be used for lawful purposes connected to maritime employment, welfare, and compliance support. Activities that compromise the security, performance, or integrity of the platform are strictly prohibited.
Members are accountable for any content submitted through the platform. You grant MOSA a non-exclusive licence to store and process information in order to deliver membership services, welfare initiatives, and operational reporting.
MOSA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or jeopardise the safety of other users. Where practical, we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
MOSA delivers services on an "as is" basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law.
